The customer service I received was deplorable, even the CEO [redacted] treated me like a [redacted] all because I didn't submit post dated cheques for in house financing even though I had made a quarterly payment on my home insurance up front and did not need to make a payment for 30 days. My policy was cancelled and I didn't find out from them but found out from the bank. This business has no flexibility when it comes to accommodating different financial situations with its customers and has no tact when it comes to dealing with customers.
