This company should not have an "A+" rating It has this rating only because it is a new listing with the Revdex.com and currently has no complaints My contact with MIG stems from a contract that they have with Greystar Student Living Greystar manages an apartment complex called, "12Fiftyon University" in Tempe, Arizona MIG owns that property Greystar is among the worst apartment management companies that I've done business with and their rating with the Revdex.com is currently an "F" Repeated problems with Greystar during my tenancy at 12Fiftyon University prompted me to contact MIG MIG ignored the two certified letters I sent, all of my phone calls, and folle-mails This confused me because I figured that a good resident who wants to live in a nice place would put the resident and property owner on the same side Both parties should be interested in ensuring that the property management is doing its job That's not how it works, however MIG is well-aware of the problems with 12Fiftyon University and (because of my efforts) is also aware of the trouble that tenants continue to have with Greystar Why MIG won't intervene to help tenants is unclear to me but they will not intervene Readers should be discouraged from leasing a MIG property and should certainly avoid Greystar for property management, in my opinion Both companies have exploited the lack of tenant protections under Arizona law
This company should not have an "A+" rating. It has this rating only because it is a new listing with the Revdex.com and currently has no complaints.
My contact with MIG stems from a contract that they have with Greystar Student Living. Greystar manages an apartment complex called, "12Fifty5 on University" in Tempe, Arizona. MIG owns that property. Greystar is among the worst apartment management companies that I've done business with and their rating with the Revdex.com is currently an "F". Repeated problems with Greystar during my tenancy at 12Fifty5 on University prompted me to contact MIG. MIG ignored the two certified letters I sent, all of my phone calls, and follow-up e-mails. This confused me because I figured that a good resident who wants to live in a nice place would put the resident and property owner on the same side. Both parties should be interested in ensuring that the property management is doing its job.
That's not how it works, however. MIG is well-aware of the problems with 12Fifty5 on University and (because of my efforts) is also aware of the trouble that tenants continue to have with Greystar. Why MIG won't intervene to help tenants is unclear to me but they will not intervene.
Readers should be discouraged from leasing a MIG property and should certainly avoid Greystar for property management, in my opinion. Both companies have exploited the lack of tenant protections under Arizona law.
