I purchased a Sub-herb black vaporizer from migvapors.comAt first this product was wonderful but within hours the ceramic atomizer cracked into several pieces (it hadnt been dropped or handled roughly) after many emails i've gotten no response at all, whereas while I was inquiring before I placed the order they responded promptlyI was not even asking for a refund just a replacement for the malfunctioning part
