because:
They want me sent the wrong mug back with their return label, but I should not be paying the return shipping because it is not my fault at all. I already paid $8 for the order that I didn't receive on shipping! I email them to confirm that I do not have to pay for the shipping, they did not reply to me.

Review: I ordered a "teal" mug and received a green mug. I contacted them about the issue after having it color matched to be sure. They said I could have it replaced but still argue they don't sell a green mug. I can't get an answer to what color mug they will send me if I return the green mug. They will not refund my initial shipping charge or the charge for return shipping if I request a refund. Their website says they want you to be 100% happy with your mug or they'll give you a full refund. I want all my money back or the correct color mug!Desired Settlement: Money for the mug and all related shipping refunded!

Review: I purchased the mighty mug from this company 2 weeks ago and discovered that it was completely damaged and unusable on delivery. I contacted the company right away but they refuse to answer my emails and even blacklisted my address. This really is totally unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a full credit card refund for this mug.
