Dear [redacted], We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your service. We were very upfront at the time of sale, that the vehicle only had one key. vehicles that we sell come with extra parts and this includes keys. All of the vehicles are thoroughly inspected and no where does it say that they come with more that one key. It only takes one key to drive a vehicle and that is what we provided with the sale of the vehicle. Thank you and have a great day! Mighty Auto Sales

* To Whom it may concern, I received an...

e-mail yesterday as a second notice on the above mentioned case. I responded that I would look into the matter as it was the first that I had heard of it. I spoke with my service manager and she informed that she had been working with [redacted] and in fact a check of $84.04 was sent to him on Monday 7/24.  The tire numbers did not match the advertised price and we had to work with Ford Motor Company to authorize the reimbursement. Unfortunately this process took some time to get the approval.   Hopefully [redacted] has received the check via regular mail,if not it should be there today.   Let me know if you need any additional information.   [redacted]     Christopher M[redacted] President McMahon Ford 1 Main St Norwalk,Ct 06851

This is the first that I am hearing about this. I will look into it today and get back to you asap.  Chris M[redacted]

Regards,
Lucy [redacted]Mighty Auto you can say all the lies and nasty stuff you want I don't care because none of it is true and you are abusive and unprofessional. I must be a threat and telling truth if if have to lower yourself to these levels. I have taken great care and have proof of vehicle since I got it and all your personal attacks of lies are liable in court. An attorney has been contacted. You are calling many people liars if you say vehicle was ok when I bought it and all the mechanics say you are a liar. It is on your conscience how you are acting and everyone who has read this is saying your playing dirty and all of your tactics are inappropriate and severely inappropriate your choice to look bad. You are not going to intimidate me by your harmful words.  Everyone who knows me knows I'm a good person and I don't deserve how your treating me. You have no right to state some of your statements are legally wrong watch yourself. Many people are reading this and have no respect for you.

On July 9th 2016 Lucy purchased a 2006 Subaru Forrester Wagon. In the end of October Lucy stopped at Mighty Concerned about some repairs her mechanic suggested after she had her oil changed. The oil change was the first one she had done and was 2000 miles over due. she said she does not have any...

money for repairs to her car because because she is trying to get out of an abusive relationship. So we said we would look it over as a favor not because we had any responsibility. Lucy purchased a 10 year old vehicle with 113,712 miles on it and when purchasing a pre owned vehicle you have to budget for repairs as a vehicle is a complex machine that wears out over time and mileage. We had first noticed the vehicle was covered with mud up to to the windows as if it went off roading. It seems to have been driven hard and completely neglected. We put tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and washed it up. These items were not completely worn out but we did the repairs to help her out. We inspected the rest of the vehicle and found it to be in good condition, not like new but good. we did not charge her anything and gave her a loaner car to use while we repaired hers.2 weeks later we receive this complaint. Lucy had owned her car over 4 months and driven over 5000 miles(who knows where). We have no responsibility for any repairs past or future and will no longer be willing to help her in any way.Thank you,

At no time did the dealership ever state the vehicle had only one key.  While it only takes one key to start a vehicle, it takes two in the likely event of the one key being locked inside the car.  Either way, I'm stuck with a very expensive locksmit bill. The claim is also made that vehicles come with no extra parts.  While a very small point, I would like to note that this particular vehicle came with a first aid kit.  A nice bonus, but not as valuable as a key.In addition, the vehicle is currently in for what will be a $800-900 repair.   So much for thorough inspection.

Review: I am the purchaser of vehicle stock number 9588 (bought 2-15-16). After taking delivery, I discovered the vehicle did not have a second key. The vehicle was sold as thoroughly inspected which would lead one to believe all parts and accessories would be included, such as owner's manual, jack, and keys.

The general response was "tough luck". While not an item for the state-required vehicle inspection, I wish this should have been disclosed before negotiating a price. Those keys are expensive, so the game of hardball is understandable.Desired Settlement: reimbursement for a second key

Review: I purchased the car last June which was actually the wrong VIN. They corrected that rather serious issue, but my bumper kept popping out on the car. After going to the dealership multiple times that was never fixed. After having the car for 10 months or so I notices rust on the hood which should not be happening on a 2011 car. I got the car inspected and the hood isn't stock and had been replaced. It was also done improperly. These are both easy things to spot when the dealership was inspecting the car, but were never communicated to me. I believe this is a misrepresentation of the product.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the purchase of the car or a reimbursement of the cost to fix it.

Mighty Auto

Sales is in receipt of the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] on

April 25, 2014. Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2011 Toyota Matrix from Mighty Auto Sales 10

months earlier, on July 5, 2013. Mighty performs safety and mechanical

inspections as required by Wis. Admin. Code TRANS 139. On the back of the

safety disclosure, also called the Wisconsin Buyer’s Guide, posted in every

vehicle for sale it is the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s suggestion

to have a vehicle independently inspected, and Mighty Auto Sales does allow

this. The priority of our Wisconsin Safety Inspection is to ensure safety

standards and sound mechanical components. We do not inspect each body panel to

see if it is original manufacturer part. The CARFAX report was accident free on

this vehicle, and the vehicle had no apparent damage, so there would be no

indication for us to further inspect for the paint or non-manufacturer part

issues that Mr. [redacted] is alleging. Mr. [redacted] did contact Mighty Auto Sales with

regard to his concerns; however, Mr. [redacted] has not brought the vehicle in for

Mighty Auto Sales to inspect and validate any of his complaint.

Sincerely,

Might Auto Sales

My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle from Mighty Auto Sales and Service in Neenah.
Not only was the owner, sales and finance staff very friendly and helpful, the experience was one that was positive with NO PRESSURE to buy.
We were given honest information about the Avalanche information, presented the Carfax information and was not pressured once to purchase any vehicle. Through casual conversation, we were informed that the Sales staff DO NOT work on commission. This is huge because then the sales staff don't feel pressured to "sell" us a car so they can make more money on their commission.... which ends up allowing us better customer service all the way around because they want us to be truly be happy with the vehicle that we purchase.
I will highly recommend this business to family and friends. It is rare to have a genuine company out there that cares about the customer.

First, I feel like a lot of car shoppers know nothing about cars. They buy them, drive them hard, maybe don't do proper maintenance that needs to be done, etc. Cars cost money on a regular basis. And when someone is buying used they may need maintenance soon after purchase. Just because its new to an individual doesn't mean everything is new.. There is no way to predict when a vehicle will need maintenance, that's part of the "joys" of buying used. Okay, I am off my soap box. I was car shopping and ran across one I really liked on Mighty's lot. The Salesmen that helped me was super nice, and wasn't playing any games. (that I could tell, my education has quite a bit to do with reading people). I drove about 1.5hrs to a cabin right after purchasing. I noticed a pulsing sensation in the brakes, and was about to order new ones when I figured, they back their cars within reason. I contacted them and the salesmen was very quick to respond, and asked me to bring it in when I had time. They were very anxious to get it fix, my schedule wasn't going to work that week ( went in on Monday) and they asked if it would be okay if they gave me a loaner for the day. I was extremely happy with their service and how eager they were to fix the problem. Will definitely be looking there next time I need a car or my girlfriend does.
