The client was given 20% off their bill for our company being late to the agreed appointment timeFor the issue dealing with the damaged washer, we we’re not made aware of the damagePer the moving service agreement, that was signed by the client, she had hours from time of service to report
any damageThere was no report made in that allotted timeBecause this was reported to us well after the move, we were not given the opportunity to try and fix the item or offer the $per pound for the washerRegarding the cost of having other movers come and retrieve the items that were left behind, the miscommunication between client and our office caused that we were not able to go back that dayTo schedule getting the remaining items would have not been an issue Attached is a copy of our service agreement that all customers sign before all our jobs are completed
