NOT GOOD !!!!! I am in the middle of selling my house and wanted to get my carpets in tip top shape! After reading reviews on line I came across Mighty Clean which had some good reviews and also a few negative ones so I thought I would give them a call my self and speak to someone to see how the customer service would beDuring my call I found them to be very polite and helpful with working with my scheduleI brought up some key concerns about my carpets like the male dog pee stains and some make up on the carpet and they said that would not be an issueI did wash the carpets my self but my home machine was not able to get close to the base boards so it was a little darker there since the middle of the rug was now cleaner The workers seemed nice enough when they arrived and they got right to work which I liked but they never actually approached me to ask what my main concerns were which I thought was odd so I just spoke up and showed themso after about minutes I go to check on progress and they already have the machine all packed up and out the door and the one worker stayed behind to get payment of courseI was like OH your done so I went to go see how it looked and I pointed out some parts that still looked dirty like the area by the baseboards and she said that is something that does not come out and I said NO I scrubbed that before by hand so she tries it with her hand spray and sure enough it came out but by that point the machine was no longer in the houseI was shocked when they completely packed everything away within minutes and did not ask for my feedback or if I was Happy so the next day I also noticed a weird smell because they never sucked up all the water and I was never able to get the small out! I called the office the next day and complained and sent pictures.They seemed understanding and said they would send them back to take there time and address concerned areas which made me happyI rearranged my schedule to be sure I was home to let them in and once they got there they did not even bring the cleaning machine and had a hand spray which was not going to fix anything and it DIDNT ! they left within minutes which just made me more mad so I contacted the office again and they just ignored me !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! during my initial call I asked them about the negative reviews I seen online [redacted] don't use this companythere is such a bad smell from the water not being removed properly and there is no attention to detail, all they care about it getting out fast and collecting payment !!!
