determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Enclosed in my initial complaint to the Revdex.com were the correspondance and information I had with Mighty Flame. The problem is they already have my contact information and have neglected to resolve the problem previously. This is why I reached out to the Revdex.com. I fear that accepting their response would bring me back to square one. They need to review the information and get back to me with an answer. Regards,  [redacted]

We are looking to try to resolve the case with the consumer.  We are requesting contact information to include a phone number and the best time to contact.

We have received your message and we will have a representative follow up with you to discuss your occurrence.  Please provide the best phone number and time of day to speak to you.

I sent the company all the information they need to make an assessment of the damage. See the previous complaint details for a timeline. Opening a line of communication with the company will not solve the problem. They need to review the information I sent and get back to me with the results.  Otherwise they will use this as another stalling tactic.
