Mr [redacted] was contacted by us a few weeks after the service was provided about not locating his check. At that time he was contacted about the issue as we REQUESTED proof of payment since there was no check to be found. He was very abrupt on the phone and choose to resist providing us with proof of...

payment. We did search our bank account for the amount due but could not come up with the check amount of 355.00 since there was a tip added to the sale throwing the search off. We made additional calls to Mr. [redacted] but because of his short temper refused to work with us on the issue yelling at our staff stating "This is our problem" which we have documented. Our staff basically backed off of the issue and left the invoice payment in question. At no time did we mention one of our employees stole a check, more than likely Mr. [redacted] came up with that in one of his tantrums. All our employees have background checks and are honest, trustworthy team members. As time went on I choose to contact Mr. [redacted] and of course he was just as rude with me as our staff. With our conversation he gave me his wife's phone number, advised me his wife handles these things and should call after 5:00 when she gets home from work. Did do that and conversed with her, very pleasant lady, and said she will research. We than waited 1-1/2 weeks and I called her for the update, Mr. [redacted] answered and rudely used foul language and hung up on me. We than proceeded to advise him of collection since we could not get the check proof after trying to work with him for 8 months. Finally after advising Mr. [redacted] of legal action he provided us with check information so we could verify. We concluded with an apology letter on the whole issue which he obviously did not feel meant much. All we requested was what he gave us after 8 months of request for a check number. He has created much drama over a small request. I wonder if he flies off the handle with financial institutions if a payment didn't make it on time or gets lost in the mail ? ?We were very respectable to him for our 3/5 phone calls on the payment but this individual not only has a temper but likes to add FALSE information which will be leading him to not to small claims but to "Defamation of Character" liability. Were a solid, honest company and attempting to double charge someone is ridiculous when we have access to so much to prove payments available to us today.
