Initially the service from Mighty Green was very good and they did indeed control the weeds and built up my lawn and it looked good About months ago they asked if we would like to have our lawn aerated and I told them that that I only wanted the front and side of the house done, which they did For whatever reason after that they started only treating the front and side of the house and neglected the back yard which started looking very bad I contacted Mighty Green via email and they advised me that they have in their records that we wanted only the front of the house done I informed them that was incorrect and further requested that they either refund 1/of the fee we paid for the past months or provide months service for no charge in order to make up for this error We did request only the front yard be aerated, however the lawn care service was to remain in place I have not heard from them since In the email sent to them I did advise that I would place negative reviews on the internet should they decide to ignore our demands After attempts to contact them with no response I decided to follow though This company has taken our money and did not provide the service that was paid for, and they have failed to respond to my inquiries
