We had just completely redone a new website on line with a complete make over from our website One of the Mighty Max Carts had not been assigned a value yet when this man visited ourt new site, and he ordered a Mighty Max Cart for Free Cart, with Free Shipping, etc We immediately sent Mr [redacted] an email explaining that we do not give away Free Carts and Free Shipping, and explained that this was a new website under constructionNor was this any kind of campaign or advertising gimmick We even offered him any cart we sell at 20% off and Free Shipping He wanted nothing to do with any reasonable offer I guess he feels entitled If Mr [redacted] can show us any advertising at all, or even a hint that we ever offered Free Carts for any reason, feel free to show us The ONLY sales or offers we ever make are Coupoin Codes and Promo Codes for - 20% off and Free Shipping! Anyway, we have - star ratings all over North America, Made in USA, 2-Year Parts Warranty, and thousands of customers world wide very satisfied with our cart lines Mr [redacted] was the only person who tried to buy a cart for $0.00, with Free Shipping We have spent several emails and a lot of time with this man, and to be honest, it does not matter how hard we try to reason with him, there will be no good outcome to this matter We have no intention of sending this man a Free Cart whatsoever, nor any other website visitor We are a For Profit Company, something I guess he does not understand Any prudent person would have realized and understood the mistake and that would have been been that We did offer him a 20% discount on any of our carts and Free ShippingWe hope that the Revdex.com also posts our response to this case, and we would like to consider this matter closed
