Thanks for the information regarding the complaintThe cus***er was advised that once the new mechanic was in place, we would help him with his issueWe are actively working with the cus***er for resolutionThe warranty on the vehicle covers the failure of the engine and/ or transmissionWe are not aware of either thing happeningThe cus***er is having an issue with a sensor that has apparently failedNever the less, we will STILL help out our cus***er
Hwy Auto was contacted by ** *** about auto financingUnfortunately none of our sub prime companies were willing to finance herShe persisted to ask me to get her in anythingI financed her myself, out of my own pocket, due to her situationWe are licensed to finance vehicles by the State
of WisconsinAs I expressed to her the other day, we are happy to try to help her outShe refused and decided to take this routeIt was explained very clearly to her that the van had a couple of minor quirks, but had been serviced and was used as our service loaner vehicle

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was never at any time told that Hwy was financing out of his own pocketIn fact when I was in the office he was on the phone with a finance company trying to get the auto pay set upIf I knew Hwy was doing this I would not have taken the vanI went to Hwy because of the advertising for financing for BAD CREDITHwy took advantage of my position to get rid of a bad vehicle. I was told about the drivers window and the gas gauge but was told everything else was goodNot only is the vehicle in need of major repairs but the things wrong, brakes and transmission, the vehicle is pushing being unsafe.I still have not received the title or plates for the vehicleHwy Auto took this chance to make money on this vehicle not once but twiceThey used a bad situation to their advantage and should be penalized for misleading cus***ers.
