Mighty Moe Gutters has done a terrific job installing gutters at our place. They were on time and came as scheduled. We recommend them to anyone who wants there gutters done. There product knowledge is very good
We got our leaking roof fixed and after 6 months we realized it's still leaking. We tried to get in touch with the business, but they don't answer or answer accidentally and hang up. They included 1 year warranty with their services and it expires around May 21 2018, and it seems like their avoiding our calls till the warranty expires. We have the receipt and their warranty guarantee on hand.

Everything was repaired the right way and the customer decided to complain after a while.
Just to correct on what we did. We ONLY worked on the build in gutter. Customer was made aware that he needs to change the drain pipe or else the leak will happen once all the other areas are sealed properly. The customer didn't want to do any work on the drain pipe as he only wanted us to seal the epdm rubber and that is what we did. Majority of his facia woods were rotten which is also cause of the leak that they are claiming. We will me more than happy to come and check. But if any finding of the cause is different Mighty Moe will change the customer a call out charge of $550.00 plus GST. This work will only be done during a sunny day as we don't like to open any built in gutter system If it is raining. We will check our work as part of the warranty that we provided.

The way Mighty Moe handled this issue was very unprofessional. We called them after one month when we noticed the roof leaking and they avoided our calls and made up excuses that they had family issues. The one time they did pick up they told us they'd send someone to take a look and they didn't send anyone and continued to avoid our calls. The job they did wasn't even done correctly. The rubber seal they used didn't prevent the leakage as Mighty Moe promised which obviously let water through causing the leakage. We called them to perform the seal to stop the leakage and they didn't come or even answer our calls which caused the fascia board to rot more. The main issue is that the leakage is from the metal drain which the rubber didn't seal properly. The seal doesn't even stick properly and Might Moe said it was a very high quality seal and it wouldn't leak. When the job was complete it wasn't raining, but the following month that it started to rain we noticed that Mighty Moe's work didn't resolve anything and we called him and initially he kept promising that he'd come and then suddenly he stopped answering all together. We recovered some text messages and we have the pictures of the improper work done by Mighty Moe, if you want us to send that in somehow we will. I don't see the point of a warranty if they don't service it when their job isn't done correctly.
