Whom it may concern:Complaint ID [redacted] against Mighty Mufflerthere's a few more thing I can share, that (Mighty Muffler) owes me - But if they refund me the money for the work ***'s Auto did for the plastic O-ring & labor of $79.00, I'll be happyWe'll call it a dayThank you - again Mighty Muffler put a rubber O-ring on my stering pump which the pump they took off & replaced- Suppose have been a plastic O-ring which ***'s auto replaced & fixed

The matter has not been resolvedI went to the bank and got my check that I wrote him and I was wrong on the amount I paid him that day as the receipt will show you that he cashed it right awayI have the receipt from Auto Zone of how much all my parts cost me to buy that he did not put on my carThe mechanic told my husband to call Auto Zone to confirm that he bought the parts there so we didThere is no record at all he bought anything at either Auto ZonesI gave the mechanic ample opportunity to fix my carI had my car over there at least times and he did nothing for me at allThat is why I took it somewhere elsei will never take my car there againHe knew what he didWhen we did take it somewhere else he told us that the back breaks had not been changed for yearsSo he did fix my squealThe new mechanic also told me that AI did not need all those parts I just needed the rotors turned and new brake pads and fix my problemHere are my receipts on the new mechanic and the cost of all the parts he said I neededI am very upset about this whole situationFor as long as we have taken our cars over there that they have done thisI think what is most upsetting is if my brakes gave out or done more damage to my car or my grandbabiesSo I really appreciate you are checking into thisThank you

May 24, 2016Revdex.com had a phone conversation with business owner, Bill B*** He explained that he was on leave when this incident occurred He was told that the consumer had returned two to three times with the complaint of a noise Employee inspected each time and found no noise
MrB*** states the business would have re-done the entire repair, but the consumer had the repairs made at a third party Business regrets not being able to assist the consumer, but states that he did not believe the business was given the opportunity to diagnose the issue
