I do not accept their (Mighty Samson Moving and Expedited Trucking Service) answer to my complaint ID [redacted] I was never given a time frame in which to file an insurance claimI was never given any instruction in how to file an insurance claim with this companyI sent Ron the photos of the door jamb, and never heard another wordThey claim that I was rude to their employees and constantly distracted them regarding costThis is totally falseIn fact, I was extremely patient with them in light of them showing up 1/hrslate, with the wrong size truck and too few moversI agreed to their increase in price at the time of the request for a larger truck and more employees because the increase was only another $over what I was initially quoted, which would have come to around $450, not $600+I was not happy about this increase in price, but I was stuck and needed the job finishedI did not get upset until the end of the move when my dining table got scratched, the rocking chair was being mishandled due to lack of space in the storage unit, and the breaking of my sister's door jambAnd when they told me that they do not take checks Actually, here is Ron's response to thatI apologize for the lack of communication, I did not personally book this job however unfortunately due to a few bad apples in the past this is our company policyWe'll be in touch to discuss solutions for your door jam I was never contacted I only contacted them twice, once for the initial appointment and fee when I spoke with Mike, and once to let them know that I would have more items to be moved, which I referenced in my initial compliant I have subsequently sent Ron a couple of texts tegarding filing an ins claim, this one on 7/10/2016...How do I file a claim for the broken door jamb? And this one on 7/23/ Also, scratched dining room table to which I have received no response as of yet I find their treatment of women abhorrent, and I say this in light of the complaintants being women, and we all get the same type of response from this company.My next move will be to contact the NYS Attorney General's office if this is not resolved through the Revdex.com [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

I was never given any instruction in how to file an insurance claim with this company. I sent Ron the photos of the door jamb, and never heard another word. They claim that I was rude to their employees and constantly distracted them regarding cost. This is totally false. In fact, I was extremely patient with them in light of them showing up 5 1/2 hrs. late, with the wrong size truck and too few movers. I agreed to their increase in price at the time of the request for a larger truck and more employees because the increase was only another $150 over what I was initially quoted, which would have come to around $450, not $600+. I was not happy about this increase in price, but I was stuck and needed the job finished. Our prices are published on our website. [redacted] was given an "over the phone estimate" based on information that she provided. Ms. [redacted] made subsequent phone calls with additions to her move that required changes on our part. Our prices are comprised of the # of workers, amount of moving time,...

and travel time. [redacted] was billed exactly in accordance with our published tariff. [redacted] claims to appreciate the workers but unfortunately, she was very rude to the workers, distracting them throughout her move with several attempts to have her cost reduced, and evidently, has now decided to invent a damage claim. We carry insurance but [redacted] did not file a claim in the required amount of time to do so. [redacted] can contact us and we'll take a look at her alleged damages and hopefully come to an amicable resolution. We take our customer service very seriously and do everything we can to leave ourselves with a positive moving experience but there are people who cannot be pleased.
