Review: I purchased a new home from Mignatti Companies in March of 2013. There is a substantial portion of my backyard that was never sodded. Mignatti companies had promised me many times in the past that they would take care of it, but I am now 15 months out from purchasing the home and it is still not completed. Most of my emails and phone messages to the Mignatti warranty department are not returned, and it has been unbelievably frustrating trying to get this resolved. I have had both of my neighbors ask me about my plans with the area that was not sodded, and one had referred to it as an eyesore.Desired Settlement: Ensure that my backyard gets sodded asap, and please don't ask me to check-in with you in two weeks to report if a landscaper actually arrived and then ignore my emails and voice messages.
