The customer picked up his vehicle on 1-1-About a month ago We get a call from customer that his car don’t work and that there was an oil leakHe also commented that he drained the oil and that he found metal in the oil
When he brought the vehicle in our mechanics, they inspected the vehicle and they did see that there was a leak but not from where they fixed itThey did not find any medal in the engine, they did find that he engine was not working and it need to be replaced, with either a new one or usedWe call the customer to tell him about his vehicleAlso told him that nothing the mechanics did would have caused the engine to stop workingWe gave him a quote and didn’t hear back from him
About 1-weeks after we get a call from his dadMiguel explained the same thing to his dad that nothing that they worked on would have caused the engine to stop working Miguel also told ***’s dad that he felt bad that this happen to him and that he would work with him to get his car fixed
We never received a call from him for about weeks and when we did it was just to tell us that a tow truck was coming for his carWe did other work on his vehicle before, we like to keep our customer happy by doing good work with quality parts
