I am rejecting this response because:
Here is statement form the gentleman, where my car was parked. I am still waiting to hear from his neighbor [redacted]. he referred me to Miguels Auto Service and tried helping me while I was working on my car. 
Here are pictures of all the scratched acquired while my car was at Miguels Auto Service 2/11/16 thru 3/1/16- [redacted]

Review: I had my car towed to Miguels Auto Service and 2 weeks later when I got my car back there were several scratches on it all of them were white paint streaks and deep gouges the front bumper, back bumper, around the license plate and on the rear drivers side fender.Desired Settlement: I would like them required, I called Miguel and asked him why my car was all scratched up, he got defensive and continually hung up on my and blamed it on bad cell phone reception. He can pay for the repairs or I can go get some estimates. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely [redacted]

Response:To whom it may concern: On 2/11/16 [redacted] had his car towed in with complaint of running rough, after not being able to fix it him self. On 2/17/16 I notified [redacted] that I needed to replace the fuel pump first for further diagnosis, [redacted] stated he would get his own part and have in to me, in a day or two. After waiting for two weeks he finally brought me the part, and I then notified him that he needed more work done and he stated that he couldn't afford it and would have the car towed back home. After getting the car home [redacted] proceeded to call me on my cell phone and tell me that there were paint marks on his vehicle that weren't there before, and yes we did continue to lose reception, as he well knows we live in the mountains, and this is a problem. After several attempts to call him back and getting his voicemail I no longer called. I will forward a copy of the invoice to the fax number on the complaint, and please take a minute to read over the middle section where [redacted] signed that we will not be held liable for any lost, or damage to vehicle, or articles left in vehicle, accidents or any other causes done beyond our control.
