MIH Motors reposed my car and the carnote was not due until 9/10/19. They also reposed my car once before after I paid the my car-note. Lemon C
They sold me a Lemon, and they came and got the car and the carnote is not due until 9/10/19. They reposed it once before and carnote was paid. They claimed they did not see the payment.

Vehicle was purchased on 3/23/2019 and repossessed on 4/2/2019 because I missed paying the deferred payment of $285 on 3/30/2019.
After communicating with dealership representive on 3/30/2019, I informed the salesman that I was unable to pay my deferred payment of $285 on Friday 3/29/2019 because I had to pay cash to have my wisdom teeth X-ray and extracted. The '02 Nissan Maxima was repossessed on 4/2/2019. I arrived at MIH Motors on 4/3/2019 to make arrangements to get the vehicle back because it was my only means of transportation to work, but they denied me the vehicle because I missed one payment which is in violation of the law because I am being extrorted of my funds of $600 that I put down as a down payment for the car.
Demanding full refund in the amount of $600 and for this to not be reported on my credit report.

Mr. did purchase a vehicle from MIH Motors on 3/23/2019. At the time of purchase, Mr. was explained to that the deferred down payment and the first payment on the loan could not be late for any reason. Mr. was contacted via text on 3/29 as a reminder of his upcoming payment. He was again contacted on 3/31 when his payment was not received and then again on 4/1.
I personally spoke with Mr. on 4/1 and explained to him again that the first payment and deferred payment cannot be late for any reason. He said he understood but could not pay until 4/4.
Per the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement that Mr. signed, the account is in default on the first day that any payment is late and is eligible for repossession. Mr. was given a copy of the contract that he signed.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Regardless of speaking with me on 4/1/2019 which is approximately one day late on payment, my account was supposed to have been documented on the reason(s) that I missed payment. Futhermore, I was advised to communicate with you if I had any unforseen payment issues which is exactly what I did, but was still denied causing me to be written up by my employer because I was unable to make to work for my scheduled work shift!
I was falseley blamend for transmission going out now the dealer want me to pay 1800$ on top of my carnote fornthe replaced transmission .when I purchased the vehicle on march 1st /2019 and only got to drive it 4 days sense because its a lemon .the car was in several accident. Mih motors didnt even tell me or give the chance to enjoy the vehicleandbthen blamend me after putting in a new motor after a week I had it the next day I got the car out the shop all the lights was back on just like before and thebcar wouldnt even go in gear .I had to get it towed back to the shop a day later now they telling me I broke the transmissinon and I have to pay for it
