Someone has broken in my home, removed the bars and window, then broke the inner window. The company has placed a board up, but has not corrected it.I have spoken with the leasing agent, secretary, the owner, and even the maintenance man in-regards to issues like my fence being repaired(prior to move in), leaks in my ceiling(this month), fire place leaking when it rains(this month) my mantel being unsecured(prior to move in) and most importantly someone has broken into my home thru my back bedroom window by removing the bars that I asked if they where secure and tighten prior to move in and reassured by their leasing consultant that they where, removed the inner panel window, and broke the other window to get in. The maintenance man placed boards up but nothing else had been done. Desired SettlementFix the issues, as promised! We have verbally spoken about theses issues time and time again. For all the promises and pleads just to be lies. I have two small children in this home not to mention I'm a single mother! This is truly unsafe for us!Business Response The tenant's home was broken in. She had came into the office very upset about this. I put a work order together that day to have someone come to her home to see about the damages and what needed to be repaired. As of 11/25/13, the windows have been fixed, security bars have been re-installed this past Saturday. The mantel has been adjusted many times. Right now we are trying to make arrangements to get the rest of the items listed repair this week. We have also been having problem trying to get people to go over there to do the repairs, but the tenant is usually not home and someone has to be home in order to send someone out. We are working very hard to get this matter resolved.

Illegal plumbing and electrical... very uncomfortable heating issueI have been discriminated against for being a voucher holder and threatened by office manager to where I had to issue a statement to police.From day one of moving in almost a year ago I constantly was given a run around for leaking ceilings to falling 6ft. fences to busted hot water tanks to busted pipes in wall to moldings. The workers all came and said he tell us start but won't let us finish too much money has to be spent shell want to move and I won't have to hear it..the office staff have very rude mouths all the way to telling me buy the [redacted] house since you want repairs to threats of entering on their own and remove me on their own because they constantly failed inspection. The last blowout was when the city inspection entered and notified us that all the plumbing and electrical was illegal layed for lack of sign off four years ago.The heating window units do nothing in winter we freeze everyday trying to bathe to where me and my four kids have to bunch up in a living room with electrical heaters which rocket my bill..$1200 so far..the office refused to put the right heating in so the house could fail so they could push me on out for no help from no heat and water everywhere but I'm pursuing by any means all I want is my deposit back and ill fly away from this very beautiful to the eye but worthless uncomfortable home..Desired SettlementI would like deposit back and to be let out of contract
