I purchased a set of headphones. After receiving them, they did not work. I returned them immediately on a RMA. After many contacts over 2 months, saying they would have them fixed and would be returned the next day, I gave up and requested a refund. They denied the refund saying they never received them although I had the emails saying they did. I requested a refund from PayPay and this was granted. Suggest no one do business with this company as I wasted almost 3 months on them.

Review: My wife had purchased a pair of head phones as a Christmas gift. They were bought online through a company named Rakuten.com. When the gift was opened it was not what we were expecting and the head phones did not fit comfortable . So we decided to return the product. We first tried contacting the company that they were purchased from and we were informed the they are a third party and we must contact the company directly. So we sent an email to the company which is Miikey.net and they asked what was the problem with the headphones. We explained what was wrong and that we wanted a refund and asked for a RMA number so the we could ship them back. We still have no heard back from them and we tried calling over a dozen times but were unable to ever get a person on the phone so we kept leaving messages. We are just looking to return this item and can never get through to someone. Any assistance into this matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card for the full amount of $66.03
