I had ordered two tumblers from this company in the month of April, and was expecting them to ship on May 1st because the items were on backorder. They shipped a few days early, and were delivered to the door of my apartment. I am an essential worker during these hard times, and was at work so I wasn't home to accept the package. Within a few hours of my package being delivered, I came home to found that my packages had been stolen. I emailed the company, in which they informed me that they cannot refund me and that I would have to reorder my items. This is absolutely unacceptable. During these hard times, it is ridiculous to expect customers to pay twice for items. I absolutely will never order from this company again, and will make sure others don't as well. They expect me to pay another $50 for the items. Absolutely ridiculous.
The customer contacted our customer support stating that they had received a delivery confirmation but had not been able to locate their order. USPS confirmed the order was delivered at the front door or porch at 3:27 pm on April 30, 2020 in ***. The customer confirmed the they had issue with packages being stolen and that their order had likely been stolen. We offered the customer a 40% discount code if she would like to reorder which she said she would use. The customer then asked for a full refund of the original purchase. We informed her that it is not our policy to refund stolen orders but that she could try contacting USPS to see if they could offer any help. The customer then stated that the carrier had not followed up and that she would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. We then offered her in store credit for the original purchase price of her order. The items she ordered are a preorder so they have not yet been shipped to her but will be shipped as soon as they have been printed.
