Mikado Habachi&Sushi

We called in an order for take out. Dining in is temporarily shut down because of the COVID-19 situation. When I got home, we were missing an item that we had ordered, the sauce that usually accompanies the meals we ordered was missing and one of the side salads was missing its great tasting peanut salad dressing. When we called Mikado's we were told that they prepared the salads themselves and no way was the salad dressing missing. Well...it was and I had mine with Thousand Island instead of the Mikado's dressing. They also offered to provide us a pint of yum yum sauce next time we visit. I have experienced missing items and messed up orders from fast food places in which the total price didn't exceed $10. Even those fast food places remedied the mistake with a coupon or discount of the next order. Not Mikado's. I don't expect above and beyond service from fast food joints but when I pay $75 for food and leave a $15 tip for just picking food up and taking it home, I do expect that I don't have to check my order before I leave. This is drive thru level of service. I also expect that if a mistake is made that it would be remedied with some kind of compensation since we didn't get what we paid for.
