The service director/manager of the service department at Mike Anderson Chevrolet was extremely rude and dismissive I have had to make several return trips to this location because the issues with my vehicle kept reoccurring after they claimed to have repaired it For those reasons I'll never bring my vehicle to be serviced there again nor would I recommend anyone going there

Not only does this location not care about your business...they have representatives who are okay throwing away your business and wasting your time!
If you are looking for professional sales representatives....YOU WON'T FIND THAT HERE!
I recently went to Mike Anderson to purchase a vehicle and after closing the deal on a used vehicle, the vehicle was not ready and had to be serviced with problemsAfter agreeing on a specific package, the representative later called me (DAYS LATER) to tell me that they could not provide what was talked about prior to the deal being closedThe representative aggressively told me that he would not do anything for me and called off the deal AFTER THE DEAL WAS DONE
I WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY AND FELT BELITTLED! NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THAT WAY AND THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PERFECTLY OKAY WITH IT!

Thanks for your assistance. I received an e-mail on 9/20/14 stating that I would be contacted by manager [redacted] I have heard nothing and received no other communication. While technically speaking, it appears someone within the car dealership has stolen my belongings, it is probably more accurate to state they don't have a very good process in place for handling what seems to me to be a somewhat common occurrence. At this time, I will assume my stuff is all gone and hope that they will attempt to compensate me. I do believe $100-125 is completely fair value for what was important (jumper cables, GPS car charger, 10lb cat litter crystals, queen size comforter)..
