I have a question to the response below (see red) I am looking to receive a refund if they do not have the entire lenses available These statements make it look like I will receive a credit at the store Could you please confirm that this is for a refund vs a credit Thanks in advance!The only way that I would be happy to receive a credit is if they can locate the full lenses that I was trying to order After doing more research (still very vague and unsure about the items) Part number [redacted] seems to be the full lens that I was originally trying to purchase I would also consider parts [redacted] and [redacted] which also seem to be full lenses If they are unable to offer complete functioning lenses then I would like to receive a refund and not a store credit Dear [redacted] , Here is the return number to send back the parts for credit for parts onlyReturn number is [redacted] Please pack the parts well and insurance the parts when shipping back to usThe address is J&J International [redacted] *** Once we receive the package and it is inspected by the warehouse I will credit you back the purchase price of the partsThank you, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business refuses to take responsibility for the error they made that required service on my machineI appreciate their allowing me to return the incorrect part that they sent me, but due to their error, I also had to call a repairman to fix my machineThe business acknowleged via phone that they sent me the incorrect partI am only asking that they pay for the costs I incurred due to their negligence Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is inexplicable to me why your company would provide screws that WERE too longAlso, your company demonstrated poor customer service by showing non responsiveness to a customers concerns and inquiries that is, until the Revdex.com was contacted.Obviously the stops you referred to were ineffectiveI am concerned for other customer who may purchase the same products and will also experience a similar situationMy television was perfectly functional until the use of your productYour company should be accountable for the products it provides Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I of course accept the full amount of the return What bothers me is why I needed to pay for shipping to California and not to New Jersey where I received the item from I am very sure that the shipping would have been at least half of the Partial refund would be greatly appreciated regarding the return shipping Thank you Regards,
