the vehicle was $9590, not $11, If the customer has negative equity in the vehicle, that is determined by what another dealership is offering to purchase or take in on trade in on the vehicle It could also be caused by how long the customer has had the vehicle and the condition and mileage the customer has put on the vehicle Each place could determine a different amount As far as Mike Bass Ford stands, we would not be interested in buying this vehicle back or dealing with Mr*** again We had an agreement to take one of Mr***'s vehicles in on trade ( it needed towed and salvaged ) and the tow company we deal with made a couple trips to his location and the vehicle remained blocked and unable for them to tow The tow company had Mr***'s number and made repeated calls to him, before they would go pick up the vehicle, or call him when they were there, and he refused to answer or help get that accomplished The dealership had to assume a loss on the trade in and had to pay for a couple of unsuccessful tows As of now Mike Bass Ford will not counter any amount owed to the dealership by the consumer. *** ***Secondary Finance Manager *** *** ***

They are lieing. That vehicle was never blocked and was unlocked if they wanted to move it they could have. I only received one phone call from the tow company and I did try to call them back they didn't answer or call me back. I have the paper work from the sale and put the price that was on that. And I'm sure they knew it had been wrecked because it's right there in the carfax report. I wouldn't do business with this company again.
In our opinion after inspection of the flange (attaching part) of the muffler we determined that it was deteriorated to the point...
where we felt it should be replaced in order to get a proper seal on the exhaust and the repair could be warrantied at a later date if needed for 12 months or 12,000 miles. We apologize if this appeared to be an incorrect assessment of the concern.

I believe the company not only owes me an apology,but I want to know why their estimate was $500.00 more than what I actually paid at another place to get it done.
