We offer upfront discounts on many of our vehicles in stock including this Chevrolet Camaro. I really don't know what to say with regard to this matter. The customer acknowledges in his complaint he saw the original sticker price as being over $24000.00. He also states he
knows the price of the car is now $20995.00. With the $rebate that is listed online, he is recieveing a Castrucci discount of over $2000.00. My manager in an effort to appease this gentleman offered him another $dealer discount bringing the price down to $before tax. That is the best we can do. Im perplexed at how if the customer recognizes the sticker price to be over $24000.00, why then he would think it necessary or prudent to discount the Already Discounted Price???!!!

We have made contact with *** in an effort to update our listings to reflect the MSRP of each vehicle listed. We actually agree with this approach in that a customer can see the MSRP and then the bottom line price the vehicle can be purchased for. If you look at ***, the MSRP is listed on all of our listings. Further, if you look at ***, you can also he that nearly every other dealer has the MSRP listed on their listings. So we are not sure why our listings do not reflect the MSRP on our *** listings........we feel too feel it is important to show that MSRP and the bottom line price so that a customer CAN see the discount we are providing......but as the complaint states...right now, all the customer sees is our bottom line price and that I feel puts us in a competitive disadvantage with every other dealer that has both MSRP and the bottom line price.........all that said, we are making contact with the website in order to get the MSRP added to all of our listings......it will help us sell more cars.......Thank you for pointing this out!

In response to mikes response- all I want to see or hear is for your car dealership to advertise the full price on the internet an then in detail the discount !!so hard working consumers are not mislead when coming in.I recently heard the new commercial on the radio -getting better let's end this in move on !!!?an the bank finance is not a discount!!!!

It was at this time the business performed the tire rotation if failed to do on the initial repair attempt and I am still unhappy with the service provided. I am no longer seeking a billing adjustment since the work was eventually performed and I believe one has to pay for accurate and actual service performed. If not for the Revdex.com the service we paid for would have been provided.
