We agree with his description of basically what happened. And I sincerely apologize for the inconvienence of what transpired. My manager, Mike B***, made contact with Mr *** and we are trying to resolve his concerns and make things right. A mistake was made and we are

Customer called and indicated she is seeking $500.

WE AT MIKE CASTRUCCI FORD ARE WORKING ON GETTING THE REPLACEMENT PART AND THE PART HAS ARRIVED AT OUR PARTS DEPT THIS AM AND THE VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED TODAY. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THE DELAY BUT BEOND OUR CONTROL THE PART WAS BACK ORDERED FY FORD MOTOR CO.

I did not know cust had a complaint all we did was adiagnostic and cust did not want repaired . it is my understanding he deals in selling used cars and wants truck fixed to resell . again we did no repairs on this vehicle. I will refund cust his charge for diagnostic
