Customer hired her own delivery of a refrigerator that wasn't offered with a warranty because the customer asked for a huge discount that would put it $under the minimum for a warrantyWhoever delivered the fridge (or whoever she had 'try and fix it' not only dislodged the fan but also physically broke the damperOn top of all that, she had the fridge dropped off months after purchase outside of our business hoursThe fridge was disgusting and infested with bugs, there is no business that would accept it as a returnThe customer wouldn't even have direct knowledge of any truthful facts about the fridge because she lives many states away and purchased this for someone elseConsidering the damage was done by someone the customer hired and the condition it was returned in, there should be a restocking, cleaning, pest control fee , and a repair fee, which would total more than the amount the customer purchaSed an 'as-is' used product forAlso, she has disputed this with at least one other agency (paypal) and they ruled in my favorShe has also made several threats to sue and quite a few other statements made by her and her family, none of which actually are informed of the truth, which is whoever she had move it and try and fix it not only caused the damage she is complaining about, but also made it worseAnd yes, I offered to fix it for free, if they brought it to the exact location they picked it up fromI also offered (which is not our policy at all) a partial refund if it was returned in the condition it was purchased in (bug and mold free, at least halfway clean)None of those conditions were metAll I've received is harassment, a dirty, infested fridge that they broke, and several threatsAnd a very horrible review that doesn't contain all accurate information

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business owner is now making up information he never mentioned previouslyHe had never once mentioned anything about the condition of the fridgeI was simply trying to help a single mom in need, he sold a faulty product that stopped working weeks after purchasing He has never replied to my emails, he will not take phone calls, he hangs up the time I got him on the phoneHe agreed on paypal to return a portion of the funds which he has yet to do This will all be resolved when he returns the $he agreed on the return of the fridge I feel he is now saying things that untrue to get out of his responsibility add a business owner
