On July our kitchen sink was draining slowly I was out of town and my wife , not knowing how to fix the problem called Mike Diamond The service technician that was sent apparently also didn't know how to fix the problem His diagnosis, as written on the invoice, was "stoppage cleared itself upon arrival" He charged my wife $for the diagnosis and leftThis was not a total stoppage but a slow drain and the technician apparently opened the wrong clean out to check for the stoppage We went away on vacation shortly after this work and when we returned last week we found that the slow drainage problem still existed I went out side with my snake, opened the correct clean out, and took care of the problem It was evident that the clean out I opened had not previously been opened since it was installed five years agoMike Diamond's technician was incompetent and the only thing that went down the drain because of his efforts was our money

My plumbing backed up Sunday night and I called Mike Diamond and they gave me an appointment Monday between am and pm Well when I called around am to confirm the appointment, they had no record of my call or appointment I will NEVER use this outfit again EVER Called instead a local plumber and they were out within a very short time and resolved the issue They charged a little more money but it was worth it

I paid $99.95 just to get their "smell good" plumber out of my house. I had a simple faucet handle repair -- a Kohler Memoirs faucet with Stately handle needed a valve (the handle would no longer turn). When I made the appointment, I tried to give the receptionist the part number, and she said, "Dearie, I don't need that. Our plumbers have all the parts on the truck." So when he got here, of course he didn't have the part. But the first thing he wanted to check was my pressure valve, which is only a couple years old -- totally unnecessary. Then he told me the repair would be more than $300 and I'd have to wait a day or more till he could come back with the part. Then he tried to sell me a new faucet (that wouldn't match the second of my double sinks) for more than $500. Then he said the 12 inch hose under the sink would be another $150, claiming that once the hose is removed and put back on (I had had a friend working under the sink to diagnose the problem), it's going to leak of course and I'll have a flood in my house.

I told him to put the faucet back together and leave. The kicker is, he didn't even put the handle back on straight! (So I've called Kohler and they're sending me the part for free. I'll find an honest plumber to put it in at a decent price.)

the technician did not know what he was doing
did not wear booties and spilled fifthy water on my carpet and on the bathroom white floor
after two hours he was out there fussing and complaining about how he did not know how to clear the kitchen drain, I tried to be patient but after he kept complaining I called the company and too e the manager get him out of my house. I had to call the police cause the man did not want to leave
it was a horrid experience
and frankly scary
