I have had the worse experience dealing with the body shop, they don't have ANY communication what so everit started when I was hit from behindI took my vehicle to [redacted] for repairs thinking it would be faster considering it is there flagship vehicleWhat a surprise, the part was ordered times because it was received brokenThey never told us that till we asked to find out why the vehicle is taking so long to repairweeks later we get our vehicleIt seemed like they used it for a safari, dirt all over the inside of the vehicle, outside was NEVER cleaned and someone left a black stain on the visorThey also lost our sunshade for the front window, it took them weeks to replace that and I had to call times to find out that they finally ordered it after I was getting angry After this we get the vehicle home and wash the outside then the basensor falls into itself and now everytime you go in reverse all you hear is a constant beeping Loud soundWe take it back to them and they take it, DONT CALL to inform us what is going on, so we stop by and they ordered a part and it won't be in till tomorrowThis is what we deal with when dealing with inept Non customer oriented peopleWhen we finally get the ok to pick up the keys, we are given the keys at the front door not even allowing us to enter, Also, they dont even tell us what they did where our vehicle is or what was done to it I had all my services moved from the [redacted] because of just thisNow I have to deal with this body shop that doesn't care for anyone just the $$$ NOT worth the time, RATHER TAKE IT TO [redacted] AND DEAL WITH THEMAT LEAST THEY CALL WITH SOME NEWS WHETER GOOD OR BAD

My husband and I couldn't be more happier with our experience at Mike Erdman groupOur credit was not perfect so we were skeptical that we could get the car we wantedOur salesman Al assured us that they would try their best to help us get our carHe wasn't kidding He worked hard and Jonathan was assuring us that it would Be fine.We truly love the guys The beautiful way they treated usSo Professional.I cannot say enough great things about themWe went into the Financial room with Emmet and we received a loving caring family man who treated us like family It wasn't easy for them to make it work but they did indeed Thankyou Emmet for your hard work and caring about us thank you Al and thank you Jonathan Bill and I are truly grateful to find a dealership like this We are so happy Thank you from our heart William and Agnes A***

They never told us that till we asked to find out why the vehicle is taking so long to repair. 3 weeks later we get our vehicle. It seemed like they used it for a safari, dirt all over the inside of the vehicle, outside was NEVER cleaned and someone left a black stain on the visor. They also lost our sunshade for the front window, it took them 3 weeks to replace that and I had to call 4 times to find out that they finally ordered it after I was getting angry.
After this we get the vehicle home and wash the outside then the back-up sensor falls into itself and now everytime you go in reverse all you hear is a constant beeping Loud sound. We take it back to them and they take it, DONT CALL to inform us what is going on, so we stop by and they ordered a part and it won't be in till tomorrow. This is what we deal with when dealing with inept Non customer oriented people. NOT worth the time, RATHER TAKE IT TO [redacted] AND DEAL WITH THEM. AT LEAST THEY CALL WITH SOME NEWS WHETER GOOD OR BAD.

This afternoon, a Mike Erdman Nissan vehicle came to my home and the driver said he was here to replace my windshield wiper blades, as a customer appriciation gesture. That was unexpected and appriciated. Thank you very much. You all are great.
