Everything that I stated in my original claim is 100% true.  He had his lawyer write me this letter because he didn't like the sign I put in my yard.  I removed the sign only because my permit expired in 30 days, not because it wasn't true.  He charged me $295 for minutes of work to find a leak that I told him where it was,  He was supposed to fix my leak, not "find it".  I received a lot of support.  Many of his past customers agreed and supported my stand against him.  I also received overwhelming support and verification on the web from people who saw my posts and who experienced the same.  We have to fight against companies like this!

Mike said that would be $390. I agreed because a storm was coming, even though I though the price was extremely high. After 10 minutes work, Mike asked me to write a check for $590. I said I thought we agreed to $390. He said the additional $200 was for the service call. What a ripoff! Snipping a few limbs. Ten minutes of work. I should've done it myself.
