Review: On April 23, 2014 [redacted] Evangelista came out to our house at [redacted] and gave me an estimate to rip out existing concrete and pavers and put DGA base tampered tight , form up for 4 inch of 4000 psi concrete with expansion joint and cold joints. The concrete would have fiber mesh in it for reinforcement. Originally we were going to have a brick border but that was deleted before the contract was written up on May 13, 2014. [redacted] Evangelista provided three names and phone for reference checks. They are listed below: [redacted] called the references that [redacted] Evangelista had given me and the references all gave him a great review and said that they had no problems with him.On May 13, 2014 [redacted] Evangelista came out and wrote out contract for rip out all existing concrete and front walk way, form and grade for 4 inches of 4000 psi with firm mesh concrete.
