We had a two-part remodeling job we needed done and we received separate estimates for each part from [redacted]. We said there was no rush to get started, so we didn't worry about them starting the first part of the job a month late. When they finally started, they worked fast and did a nice job.
After that part was finished and paid for, [redacted] said he would contact us in about a month to start on the second job. We never heard from him again. We called, emailed, and texted him to find out what was going on and never received a response. We were stuck with a garage full of bathroom fixtures and no one to do the work. If there was a problem or he just didn't want to do the job, he should have at least talked to us and let us know instead of just disappearing. It was very unprofessional.
