Store advertised purex detergent in local ad for two boxes for three dollars. The size of the box was 71ozs. Refuse to honor price on Nov. 25, 2013.Manager informed me that he would not honor the price due to mistake from printer. So I called corporate office and was informed the some message. Refuse to honor the price and there's no law indicating that save a lot have to honor the sale price.Desired SettlementJust honor the sale price as advertised two boxes of purex detergent for three dollars for the 71 oz.Business Response The manager is correct in stating there was a printing error in the ad on the Clorox 71 oz box 2/$3.00. There were signs posted stating that there was an printing error and stating the correct price. All ads state that we are not responsible for printing errors. We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] had an unpleasant experience regarding this matter.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept their response because I was expecting a totally different response. Take charge and honor your ad response. Please in the near future check your ad before mailing them. Sadly, I will no longer shop at save a lot. Thank you but no.
