been submitted back to them via EZP, auto bank draft, on 6/29/(When it was discovered that in fact there wes ANOTHER policy in question, it was immediately terminated, and a refund has gone outAt no point did the client and fiancé, now wife, stop and indicate it was her policy, We have apologized that our system did not link the two different policies)In all conversation with us, the client would not believe that we DID NOT REQUEST AN EZP OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT FOR HIS RENTERS POLICYHe asked for the agent only number to Allstate Corp, but he would not have been able to reach anyone without specific clearanceHe was In fact called directly by an Allstate Resolution Dept Rep within an hour of the request sent into CorporateAt that point, he spoke to the Resolution person assigned to him at least twice, if not three times. The matter has been resolved.*** *** and Associates

I am rejecting this response because:
Of terrible business practices and customer servicesI have since received a refund but it took almost a month for money to be refunded to meThe agent was unwilling to do any further investigation on his end regarding these chargesAfter speaking to someone at cooperate they assured me that the local office should have given me a direct number for someone at cooperate and that they would be notifying the agent that they could in fact give that number out to me and other customers in the futureThe agent was unwilling to spend any amount of time getting to the bottom of thisI was hung up on by an associate in *** ***s office when trying to resolve this issueThe concern is no longer about me getting my money back but that a formal complaint be filed against this business because they infact are not exhibiting the qualities of a “better business.”
