the roof was installed in in we were contacted saying he had a leak.The shingles come with a year manufacturer warrenty, we have a one year workmanship warrenty therefor our warrenty was expired a long time agoWe are not
interested in doing any repair work for free

the roof instalation comes with a 1 year workmanship warrenty and 25 year material warrenty from the manufacturer. We did stop by in 2016 , well after the warrenty was over and advised that the brick chimney was in poor condition and leaking and  they should get someone to repair it,...

appearently they didnt so the stains keep getting worse.Our roof warrenty was over in November of 2010 and we dont feel any obligation to do repairs she request 6 years later.
