*** Additionally, since the complaint has been filed, *** has come out to hang our meter for the heater and was unable to do so because Mike Helsel Heating and Cooling did not ground any of their piping, which can be harmful to us, and made the piping on the outside of the house inches longer than *** allows Now, this process is set back even more as we have to pay more money and take more time off from work to have this issue fixed This is unacceptable and we would like a refund
