I made an appointment and then took my Ford F-pickup truck to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln in Eastanollee, GA to have a bulb in my dash replaced This is a simple fix that I had done at another Ford dealership approximately two years ago Shortly after dropping off the truck, the dealership calls me stating that the bulb cannot be replaced, so I must buy a whole new instrument cluster for $ I decline since only a bulb needs replacement When I go to retrieve my truck, they charge me $just to get my keys back Either the dealership employees are incompetent or charlatans
