Review: W e had a hvac unit replace with a new one , since this was put in less than 8 months ago there has been several problems. The contractor came over and addressed the problems, admitting that once he had made a mistake, also changing out some parts under warranty. the problems are still happening, and now he will not return my calls or text messages. our electric bill went up from a average of 180 MONTH TO 500 A MONTH directly related to this issue. I am now having to get another service provider to come in and look at it while parts are under warranty we will have to pay labor for this. This is brand new equipment so there shouldn't be this type of constant problem.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the price we paid, plus damages for the excess electric bill and any labor or fees incurred by new contractor paid for in full.
