[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I continue to still have this problem with dealership, LACK of COMMUNICATIONAs I stated before I believe they have no desire to resolve the issue that they made due to their errorThey only care about the saleAs a customer that makes me feel that I have no worthTheir last response was to say they were going to have installer of remote start to call so they can fix problem but that NEVER happenedIt all goes back to original issue they could have fixed the very next day when I spoke with them initially about the error being made and wrong car deliveredI asked originally for car to be replaced and still feel that way or at this point they could just buy car backI want the owner to contact me , I wonder if he knows how his business and management have treated me so farIt is SO disappointing to be in this positionIts unbelievable that businesses in this day and age with all options out here and the desire to please customers ; this business has treated me like a piece of trashWhat else can I do?
