I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I continue to still have this problem with dealership, LACK of COMMUNICATIONAs I stated before I believe they have no desire to resolve the issue that they made due to their errorThey only care about the saleAs a customer that makes me feel that I have no worthTheir last response was to say they were going to have installer of remote start to call so they can fix problem but that NEVER happenedIt all goes back to original issue they could have fixed the very next day when I spoke with them initially about the error being made and wrong car deliveredI asked originally for car to be replaced and still feel that way or at this point they could just buy car backI want the owner to contact me , I wonder if he knows how his business and management have treated me so farIt is SO disappointing to be in this positionIts unbelievable that businesses in this day and age with all options out here and the desire to please customers ; this business has treated me like a piece of trashWhat else can I do?

Tell us why here... Dear Bradley, Thank you for contacting us regarding Mr***’s Buick LeaseAt the time of delivery, (3/22/17) we were made aware that the vehicle that Mr*** had chosen because of the color did not have a Vehicle Remote Start SystemWe offered to have a Remote
Vehicle Start System installed on the vehicle that Mr*** chose at the dealership’s expense, which he acceptedOur service records indicate that this system was in fact added to his vehicle on 3/29/

the up fitter will be in contact with Mr*** by the end of day to correct this issue
