Vehicle Start System installed on the vehicle that Mr. [redacted] chose at the dealership’s expense, which he accepted. Our service records indicate that this system was in fact added to his vehicle on 3/29/17.

the up fitter will be in contact with Mr. [redacted] by the end of day to correct this issue

brought my car in for routine service the service man said that a number of things would be checked including door hinges I thought good cause my rear doors needed grease from not being used much well when I got my car back it was not washed and doors checked out as being ok I askes service manager to open my back doors and tell me how are they ok he said o they should have been checked and he could get my car washed now I refused to alow them to service my car anymore they are liars they don't do or check what they say they do
