Bold faced lies check their reviews on Google this a common practice with this company I spoke with the driver and the manager neither stories matched up both changed their story several times the Delhi pd detective [redacted] secured the vehicle leaving the keys with me only the vehicle was locked all around and was locked all around when picked up from their lot a tan potiac montanna mini can their was a military backpack several items a smart watch headset prescription meduaction stolen out of bag but the bag was left in place .

Chilton's did not make any false statements regarding Ms....

[redacted] home spray. Ms. [redacted] states that she asked for a comprehensive home spray and crawl check. When the Chilton's assistant, [redacted], first spoke to Ms. [redacted], she was calling Chilton's because she had an Ant problem and wanted to know what it would take to get rid of the Ant problem. [redacted] informed her of the cost for the initial treatment and that the technician would spray her crawlspace, and the perimeter, interior and exterior, of her home. Chilton's does not charge to inspect a crawlspace. When the first technician arrived at her home to do this job he did not access the crawlspace because of her structural problems. Normal procedure is that if a crawlspace is not accessible, the technician will alert the office assistant of the obstruction. Before the technician was able to do this, Ms. [redacted] had called the office to state she was unhappy with the technicians job. She did not feel he was at her home long enough to treat and rid her house of the ants. [redacted] asked her if she could have another technician come out at another time. Ms. [redacted] was fine with that. The second technician went to her home a week later and re-sprayed for ants and was not able to access the crawlspace without doing damage to the home. He informed Ms. [redacted] of this and left the job. Ms. [redacted] then called Chilton's to say what a wonderful job the second technician did, that she was going to do the work to fix her crawlspace and have us come back, and that she also wanted her money back. Ms. Chilton actually took that this call and told Ms. [redacted] that she was glad she was happy with the second technicians job but that she was not going to refund the payment made by Ms. [redacted] on the initial job because we had been out twice and done the job twice. At that point Ms. [redacted] called Ms. Chilton a [redacted]. Ms. Chilton then informed Ms. [redacted] that we would not return to her home again.

The information Chilton's noted was not accurate. I did not call to schedule for an ant problem. I called for a comprehensive spray and mold check. The first service worker DID state he went in the crawlspace, which was a lie. I did include in my complaint that I matched the owner's treatment of me, when pushed against the wall. They are continuing to make false statements about what occurred. I do not accept this response, as it is not accurate to the events that occurred. The second service worker was great and I praised him for that. Again, the second service worker noted the first service worker (owner's son) had many complaints against him. I would like to take this to the news, as they continue to make false statements, and this is not resolving the issue. I fear for other clients that have been lied to. The false statements continue to this point. They will cover up anything I fear, and I am being penalized for telling the truth. Please provide any support possible.

I would actually like to change my status to resolved. As Chilton's is finished and will not read this, I have peace with understanding it is what it is. I was given a disservice and lied to, and I only wanted a respectful conversation, to be heard and treated with respect. I should have realized from the first conversation, that she was unable to have that type of resolution. I would have been fine with an apology, as mistakes happen with anybody. I appreciate the Revdex.com for the opportunity to raise awareness and have a conversation. It is so important for the consumer to be heard and treated with respect. Again, I change my status to accepting their response for what it is. Thank you!

September 21, 2015 RE: [redacted] To whom it may concern: In response to Mr. Wilcox's inquiry it took him two weeks to notice his medication was missing and to notify Mike Kaeser Auto Body about the missing item after his car was picked up. As he stated the vehicle was locked we did not have keys to the vehicle therefore we were unable to get into his car. He was also advised to make a police report and has yet to do so. We do not believe the belongings were in the vehicle when it was towed. Mr. Wilcox also stated over the phone that the officer took an inventory of the belongings in the vehicle which has yet to be released to Mike Kaeser Auto Body & Sales. When he originally called he did not say anything about prescription medication being missing and each time Mr. Wilcox has called there is more and more items missing. He has also threatened the staff of Mike Kaeser's each time he called. If you look him up on the interne [redacted] It is believed that he is disgruntled due to the fact his car was impounded and he had to pay the towing and storage fee. The vehicle was release to the registered owner maybe he took the belongings Mr. Wilcox is talking about. Thank you, [redacted]r Auto Body & Sales, Inc.

[redacted] further more I appreciate the concern about my well being and using my.personal information to look into my life I was incarcerated for these allegations which is why the vehicle was not picked up right away also I did not pay the fee a family friend and fellow combat veteran  who is an engineer for proctor and gamble as well as I. The value of the items and items in question are not the issue for me whatsoever neither is the fee involved both of us make enough money to cover both the items and fees  in maybe a day or 2 as for calling and threatening staff? Also a bold faced lie by a company that has a very long track record of theft from vehicles and you can also look that up on the Internet as well. However theft of items from a heavily decorated combat veteran is very shameful and is no surprise from this company which is the reason for the complaint nothing more, further I am not shallow enough to research  each driver as well as the manager and  Thier own records in Hamilton just shows Thier resourcefulness to cover Thier shameful acts. Thier have been many many vehicles with this same occurrence which seems to be so mysterious with this company while I appreciate the banter the items have been replaced and Thier fees have been paid I as well as many combat veterans and military veterans do not deserve to have our possessions stolen from vehicles due to allegations my [redacted] I spoke with several people with this company no threats were made which is considerably just as  rediculous as thier business ethics no discussion was made of an inventory nor any records I have stated the items taken from the very beginning of this complaint. Nothing has changed except the constant flow of excuses as to why it is somehow not Thier fault as stated the vehicle was secured at the parking lot by detective [redacted] of the Delhi police department locked up by his own hand and admission as well as the respectable person who retrieved the vehicle stated it was still locked at the time of pick up. Therefore concluding the vehicle was unlocked and then again locked without any damage to the vehicle ie..broken window ect... these are petty items easily replaced it's the principal of a company conducting this type of business and further trying to get out of it with more shameful [redacted] and going so low as to use my personal information to look up a [redacted]. I would like to further make sure this conduct does not happen to more of our returning veterans or future generation of members serving who may not be able to afford repurchase Thier stolen property as easily as I can. Our country and servicemen deserve better!! Have a nice day.
