I am rejecting this response because everything he stated is a total lie! especially the part about me attacking him. I am a 56 year old disabled vet and I need a cane to walk. I am not able to lunge at anyone. He became unruly and had 2 or 3 people with him in the doorway after he lied and said my drive needed forensic recovery. I took it to [redacted] the next day and they completed the job in less than 2 hours. He was trying to scam me into paying some ridiculous fee. I have a B.S. in information technology so I knew when he said that that he was a phoney trying to make a quick dollar. I could have transferred the data myself if I had the equipment. His story is 100% lies! The so-called business he runs from his pathetic home is a joke. I could care less about the money, I don't need it, it's the principal. I just want others to know that he and his pathetic business is a scam to overcharge for unnecessary fake work!
