On 9/13/10 [redacted] stopped at our home and gave us a quote to seal our driveway. My husband agreed to the price and [redacted] and his coworker proceeded to do the work. Over the course of the winter we noticed the sealant was flaking off. After the snow was completely gone from the driveway, we called and left a message with concerns about the sealant as by this time most of it was off. We repeatedly left voicemail messages as no one ever answered the phone. [redacted] finally called in June and then came out to look at the driveway. He said he would return the week after July 4th to redo it but he never showed. We left several more voicemail messages however we have received a call from a young woman stating the number we've been calling is no longer assigned to him. A year later we are out $630.00 with a driveway sorely in need of sealcoating.
