Regards, [redacted]  Dear Revdex.com,   I paid the bill in full on the advise of my lawyer.  I did not trust the repercussions if I did not pay in full.  I still stand that I should not be charged for the time that his workers were not here.  Neither Bill or Mike talked with me to resolve this situation at all. I will not discuss it further with them. They do not have "customer service".  They have "their way is right". The fact that I paid, in no way means that the situation was resolved. Thank you for the opportunity to submit my response.

Bill gave me verbal to rejection. He stated: Mike spoke with her and she still didn't understand our point. She told us she didn't want to discuss any further.
