She would change her mind about everything we did and every Sub-contractor that worked there. She decided to hire her own plumber whom she will not pay. Thousands of dollars! She fired my drywall finishers and got her own drywall finishers and they got drywall in all the Receptacles and switches and they shorted out. Told my electrician he was stupid and did not know how to Wire house. All of her subs left trash in house and she wanted my guys to clean after the people she hired. She called every sub stupid and cursed them out, while  walking around [redacted] Shorted us [redacted] Building $3,960.00. A portion of this amount goes to Electrician and Tile man. No sub-contractor wanted to work at her house because she degraded everyone. We had a couple employees who threatened to quit if we sent them back to her house. She would call me names or curse me in person or through text. She called another contractor and told him she fired me. She hires people and will not pay them or tells them what she will pay or whatever she thinks the job is worth. Therefore in her eyes no one knows how to do their  job correctly. I have been doing this over 30 years and 99.9% of my customers are happy. Thank You [redacted]

FROM THE BEGINNING I GAVE THEM DETAILED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWS COMPLETE WITH MEASUREMENTS FOR THE ROOM ADDITION.She decided to hire her own plumber whom she will not pay. [redacted] ENDED UP FORGETTING TO UNPLUG THE SEWER LINE AND FLOODED THE BRAND NEW KITCHEN WITH THOUSANDS OF GALLONS OF RAW SEWAGE. I DID HIRE DRYWALL GUYS TO FIX THE PROBLEMS HIS GUYS COULD NOT DO.  I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICIAN AND HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. All of her subs left trash in house and she wanted my guys to clean after the people she hired.   FALSE. THAT IS JUST A COMPLETE LIE AS I ACTUALLY HIRED PEOPLE FROM MY CHURCH TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIM.  I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS TO PROVE THIS.She called every sub stupid and cursed them out, while  walking around [redacted] [redacted] FALSE.  I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY WINE PRIOR TO 5 PM IN MY LIFE AND HIS MEN LEFT PROMPTLY AT 3:25 ON THE FEW DAYS THEY SHOWED UP.  THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND UNFOUNDED.Shorted us [redacted] Building $3,960.00. A portion of this amount goes to Electrician and Tile man.  FALSE[redacted] ATTEMPTED TO BIL ME FOR 100 HOURS OF ALLEGED WORK FROM DECEMBER 15 TO JANUARY. I HIRED SOMEONE TO KEEP TRACK OF HIS WORKERS HOURS WHEN I BECAME SUSPICIONS OF HIS BILLING AND HIS REFUSAL TO SHOW ME ANY ACTUALLY RECEIPTS FOR THE MATERIALS I WAS PAYING FOR.  THE FACT IN THEY HAD PUT IN LESS THAN 60 HOURS.  I PAID HIM $4000, WHICH IS HIGH GIVEN WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID, AND HE AGREED TO ACCEPT THAT AS PAYEMT FOR THE LABOR.HIS BILL FOR THIS MONTHS WAS $18,485.00  HE WAS PAID $15,495.00 .  FOR SOME REASON [redacted] CANT SEEM TO ADD EITHER. I DEDUCTED $2000 FROM THE LABOR CHARGE OF $ 6000 BECAUSE I WAS OVERCHARGED.  THE ADDITIONAL  $1000 HOLD BACK WAS BECAUSE HIS TILE GUY  HAD ADMITTEDLY NOT INSTALLED THE [redacted] FLOOR CORRECTLY AND IT WAS CHIPPING AND CRACKING.  [redacted] AGREED THAT IT WAS FAULTY AND HAD CONTINUOUSLY PROMISED THIS TILE GUY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX IT. THE TILE GUY REPEATEDLY PROMISED TO DO SO AS WELL, AND TO DATE I AM STUCK WITH A VERY VERY EXPENSIVE [redacted] FLOOR THAT NEEDS TO BE RIPPED OUT AND REPLACED.  [redacted] ONCE AGAIN FAILED TO DO WHAT HE AGREED TO DO.No sub-contractor wanted to work at her house because she degraded everyone. We had a couple employees who threatened to quit if we sent them back to her house. She would call me names or curse me in person or through text.  THIS IS LAUGHABLE. HIS EMPLOYEES REPEATEDLY FLIRTED WITH ME AND ACTED IN INAPPROPRIATE WYAS WHICH I TOLERATED.  AGAIN, I HAVE WITNESSES TO THIS.She called another contractor and told him she fired me.  FALSE- I CALLED A PAINTER WHO CAME IN TO SEE THE JOB AND WAS HORRIFIED[redacted] THEN CALLED A FRIEND OF HERS WHO WAS A CONTRACTOR AND HE WENT ON HIS OWN TO SEE THE SITUATION.  I HAVE NOT HIRED NOT ATTEMPTED TO HIRE ANY CONTRACTORS.  I HAVE CONTACTED ROOFERS, SINCE [redacted] DUMPED THE ROOFING IN THE YARD.She hires people and will not pay them or tells them what she will pay or whatever she thinks the job is worth.  THIS MAKES NO SENSE.Therefore in her eyes no one knows how to do their  job correctly.  PROFESSIONALS THAT HAVE COME TO MY HOME HAVE EXPRESSED HORROR AND EMPATHY FOR ME AFTER SEEING WHAT A MESS [redacted] MADE.  THE TILE HAS TO BE REPLACED, TODAY SOMEONE HAD TO RIP OUT THE DRYWALL [redacted] CREW BUILT FOR THE WASHER DRYER BECAUSE HE HAD NOT BOTHERED TO CREATE A VENT TO THE OUTSIDE FOR THE DRYER, THEY ALSO SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY REDOING THE DRYWALL IN THE DINING ROOM HIS CREW HAD DONE BECAUSE IT WAS HUNG TOO SHORT.THS LIST IS ENDLESS.  I have been doing this over 30 years and 99.9% of my customers are happy.  FALSE.  THERE ARE APPARENTLY MANY OF US WHO HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED AND THEN LEFT WITH UNFINISHED WORK.  I EXPECT YOU WILL SEE ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS SOON.   IN KENTUCKY APPARENTLY ANYONE CAN CALL THEMSELVES A 'CONTRACTOR'.  THIS IS PART OF THE PROBLEM.  [redacted] IS JUSTA FRAMER AND KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ALL OF THE INTRICACIES OF THE MANY ASPECTS OF BUILDING.  HE ALSO INSTALLED THE [redacted] STOVE WRONG, AND I AM HAVING TO PAY FOR THAT REINSTALLATION.   THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE WARNED.
