I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
In regards to the pool collaspe the reason for that is because the ground was never tampered which in turn made the water build up against the wall.This was told to me by a contractor on job who told Marks men to tamper area but they did not..Do not know if Platinum Pools measured wrong for liner or if manufacturer cut it wrong.In regards to his service tech he was telling Mark that he was coming to clean pool half of the times he never showed up and when he did I was cleaning out the baskets and the filter thats why when Mark looked at the filter it was clean.And he knows that because I sent him pictures of the baskets and filters.His service guy also told me that he had another job that Mark did not know about and it was difficult to clean all of the pools and was making more money cleaning the other pools.Was also told by my pool company I am using now that the filter Mark installed was too small for the pool and that is reason why it has to be cleaned so often.The water level system did not work the whole summer and flooded out my yard twice which I had to clean up at my expence.The loop lock covered was installed improperly according to 2 other pool installers.Mark states that he did not want to drill anchors into pool wall but he did.His answer to fill the gap between the wall and the pool was to put a pvc pipe running the width of the pool tied to the anchors of the wall that he said he did not install with 4 pieces of rope which when pool was just opened kept almost no debris out of pool.There are other issues that are not in complaint of how he thought by putting expoxy behind alight because of a crack in the conduit attached to the light.
