I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, we'd agree that the kitchen cabinets turned out wonderfully. But this is not about the kitchen cabinets, as we stated in the original complaint, this is about a single cabinet in the laundry room for which the photographic evidence proves mistakes were made.Ms. [redacted] came to the house and took all the measurements for both the kitchen and launrdy room. From those measurements she produced the blueprint (attached) which clearly mislabels the washer/dryer as being 30" each when they are in fact 27" each. That is why there is such a large gap between the cabinet and the washer/dryer.As Ms. [redacted] took the measurements herself, it's completely reasonable for us to expect the measurements she took to be accurate. It's not the customer's job to verify their work is correct. They are supposed to be the experts and that is why we paid them. She mis-measured the washer/dryer, she herself assembled the 3D rendering of the laundry room clearly showing the cabinet sitting directly against the washer/dryer.Ms. [redacted] cannot claim that she did not make a mistake as every shred of evidence shows otherwise. Because she made the mistakes, it is reasonable for us to expect this to be made right. Ms. [redacted] is also lying about the response from the manufacturer's representative. He in fact agreed that what was delivered was not right and that the mistake was the fault of the person who took the measurements. He was perplexed why they were so unwilling to fix this, but ultimately was powerless to compel them to take action.
