Review: Contract was sign on 8/**/2015 to do inside and outside work. Project was to commence on 9/**/2015. Project to be completed in 2 weeks. On that day he said he needed a few more days. He started work on Friday 9/**/2015. Since then I have had on going issues. He doesn't show up and he does not responding to my calls or text. Every week he asks for additional cash deposit. Which I gave him. Last week he asked for more money. I told him when he finishes the job he will get the balance. He threatened me if I do t give him the money the men will not come and work. So I gave it to him. This week his men showed up 2 days. I text him to say that the job needs to be finished. He responded saying he wants more deposit. I refused to give him the money. I told him to finish and he will get paid when the job is done. He responded unless I give him the money he will not finish the job. I told him if he will not finish I will call someone to finish it. His responds was...k ...I gave him multiple chances to finish the job. Now my job is not finished. The work outside is subject to the weather and will be damaged. Can I hire someone else to finish. I still owe him money and hopefully it will cover what still needs to be done. It it cost more I want him to give me a refund of the diffence.Desired Settlement: I want my job completed. I want to hire someone else. There is a balance due I want to use that to hire someone and complete the job.

Review: Contract for sidewalk and driveway was supposed to be finish by April *. Contractor is payed almost in full and the job is still not done. Lot of garbage around. He charge me additional money for fixing foundation leak which was caused by his construction. He is not returning calls. He is arrogant with no ethics.Desired Settlement: Contract has to be finished in terms of agreement and partial refund for long delay and unnecessary stress.

Review: Company did my parents sidewalk in Rockaway NY and used inferior cement that is falling apart. Job was done one year ago. Cement is spalling or flaking. We were forced to use this company as they damaged our sidewalk while doing my parents' neighbors' driveway. The caused stress fractures that required us to replace sidewalk. My parents neighbor also had sidewalk done that fell apart as the same batch of cement was used. Mike Masonry Corp replaced the neighbor's sidewalk but refuses to replace my parents. I approached them and refused to take responsibility. [redacted] is extremely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: They should replace sidewalk or pay us to have someone else do it.

Review: We had contracted [redacted] Masonry Corp to do retainer walls around house, reinstall PVC fences and doors, pavers for driveway/side of house and brick columns. Contract was signed on June **, 2014. Job was commenced on July *, 2014. We had contacted him multiple times to complete the job and gave him time for it. Finally, [redacted] had agree to complete our job by September **, 2014. However, the job is still not completed. Again we had attempted to contact him multiple times and to no avail.Desired Settlement: we will like to void the contract and obtain refund
